Afternoon of Engagement
On April 5, 2017 students, staff and scholars gathered for a university-wide reflection and discovery workshop, an Afternoon of Engagement. Utilizing story-telling and small-group conversations, community members explored what inclusion and belonging mean for our campus and generated solutions.
Creating greater experiences of inclusion and belonging is essential for Harvard’s community members to thrive and flourish; creating a supportive environment for better academic, professional and personal growth begins with conversation and discovery, and there is no endpoint in our goal.
