Sophia has been with Harvard University Dining Services since 2013. In 2012 she earned her Associates of Arts degree from *Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Art* in Cambridge and began her career at Harvard one year later as a cook with Lowell and Winthrop House. In September 2015 she was promoted to a Sous Chef position with Harvard Hillel with responsibility for assisting with the culinary and operational oversight. In September 2016 Sophia was promoted again to an Assistant Manager position in our Swing Dorm space (formerly the Inn at Harvard).
