Erika Eitland

Erika Eitland is a Second Year Doctoral Student in the Department of Environmental Health at the T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Her research focuses on built environment and health, specifically in K-12 schools.  She received her Masters of Public Health from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, where she focused on climate change, gender inequality, and health. Beyond pursuing research, Erika has been active advocate for healthy food access, energy security, and quality housing in New York City. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut in Molecular and Cell Biology.
